Closing sale:

March 6th- April 16th.  April 16th will be the last day I sell pins on this website.


I may have some leftovers on my etsy, but this site will no longer carry pins.  I'm no longer producing any new designs or reordering.  


Prices will be reduced on the 6th, 16th, and 26th. 6 is my favourite number and I can do what I want.


I will not be doing price adjustments or rainchecks.  Please shop accordingly.

I am closing my enamel pin shop!  Orders $20+ BEFORE shipping and tax get an extra surprise seconds pin!

Remaining stock will be discounted further in coming months, but I don't know what I will and won't have in stock. I'm not holding things back, but there's definitely a chance I'll find random pins hiding around my office LOL.

Do you ship worldwide?:

For the most part, yes.

Do you offer tracking/insurance?
Tracking and insurance are on all USA orders and International orders to many countries (excluding sticker orders)

Canadian friends, if you'd like tracking on your order for an extra charge, please contact me.

I am not responsible for order without insurance (Lettermail (Domestic, international and USA bound stickers), or countries not serviced by Asendia through Chitchats)

Do you offer cancelations, returns, or exchanges?


I can cancel an order if I haven't shipped yet.  Otherwise, please note there are no returns or exchanges (unless the fault is mine)

Why was my order cancelled?

There are typically three reasons why your order may be cancelled.  

1.) I am out of stock of an item and didn't notice because I'm a goof.  I'll contact you first if this happens.

2.) Your billing and shipping address do not match.  In this case, I will reach out to the email provided within 3-5 business days to get more information regarding your order. Please note these orders will take longer than the stated turnaround time.

3.) You used coupon code "combine" and aren't actually combining orders.  Please don't do that.  

4.)  You ordered a preorder item, and the preorder was cancelled. 

How do you grade your pins:

I have three grades: Standard, Seconds, and Thirds.  Pins are sorted depending on batch, and severity of defects.  Please see individual listings for grading.

Will you mark the customs declaration lower on my package so I don't have to pay fees?
